IntroductionSmart Autoresponder is a custom-built follow-up autoresponder system which includes a number of features not normally found in systems of this nature. To understand these features, and to get the maximum value from the system, we strongly recommend that you take some time to read through this online manual before you set up your first autoresponder marketing campaign. One point which we must emphasize at the outset is that Smart Autoresponder must only be used in connection with an opt-in mailing list and that we enforce a very strict policy against the practice of SPAMMING. Please ensure that you have read carefully through our "Terms and Conditions" before using the system. The Smart Autoresponder system allows you to collect a considerable amount of information from your visitors and stores this information for you in a database on our server. You can access this data through a password protected account management area for use offline, or use the data in your autoresponder messages. Each autoresponder can send up to 52 messages, to a timetable which you define, as either Plain Text or HTML email messages. Before you start however we recommend that you work your way through the online Tutorial. This is a simple step-by-step guide through setting up your first autoresponder and is an excellent introduction to the system. Once you're familiar with the basic principles outlined in the Tutorial, you can move on to setting up more complex autoresponders and refer to the necessary sections of this manual as you go along.
